Mr. Gleaton is the proprietor of ACME and is a Registered Professional Archaeologist (RPA No. 52141) who meets the Secretary of Interior’s Professional Qualification Standards for work in Archaeology and History. He has specialized knowledge in the prehistory, history, and geomorphology of California.

Robert has over 20-years of applicable experience performing fieldwork, Native American outreach, and authoring environmental documents pursuant to federal, state, and local regulations in California.

These documents emphasize compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Section 106 and Section 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA), the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and county/city ordinances.
